Hire Coordinator

Working within the company’s Hire Team, this role involves two primary areas of activity. Provide practical support to members of the Hire Team, assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of a broad range of hire projects. Efficiently respond to rental enquiries from the company’s clients and to handle incoming enquiries and develop customer satisfaction & relationships.

This role takes responsibility for the planning, delivery and management of key lighting & rigging projects for the company. The role involves the profitable and efficient delivery of rental and production projects, including the coordination, pre-production, systems design and delivery across a broad range of market sectors.

Warehouse Technician - Control & Mains Distribution Department

TSL is looking for someone with experience or knowledge of the entertainment lighting to join our busy Control and Distribution Department. In this role you will be working under the head of department to prepare lighting control equipment and power distribution for a wide range of events.

Head of Technical Services

Working within the company’s Operations Team, this role is responsible for managing the Technical Services team ensuring repairs and projects are completed in a timely manner. Providing technical input to equipment prep standards to improve hire stock reliability and quality. Providing expert advice on products to both internal staff and external clients. Following training become a LEEA Qualified Engineer to work with other Qualified Engineers to manage and undertake LOLER examination projects for TSL’s own equipment and for third party customers. Manage and maintain policies and associated paperwork related to regulatory requirements such as LOLER and PAT testing.
