TSL Lighting are currently looking for a flexible, proactive and self-motivated Driver to join our Basingstoke operations team.
Driving for TSL involves delivering and collecting lighting and rigging equipment at various venues, productions and suppliers across the South East, London and nationwide. Due to the nature of our business, many deliveries and collections are outside of standard working hours; schedules can, and will, change at short notice so a flexible, adaptable approach is vital.
This role represents the public face of our company so we are looking for a presentable, customer focused individual with great communications skills and a ‘can do’ positive attitude.
Applicants must be in possession of a full, clean UK Driving Licence, for Category B. A good driving record and experience of driving in South East England and Central London with good general knowledge of routes and traffic, and experience of driving long wheelbase panel vans, is a must. You will need to be well organised and numerate with an attention to detail and accuracy second to none. We use digital devices so basic IT skills are required.
This role involves the manual handling of bulky equipment, and assisting within other areas of the business as required.
