TSL Lighting are delighted to be working with Aria Entertainment Concerts Ltd at the Charing Cross Theatre supporting them with the production of Broken Wings. The performance is showing from the 11th February to the 26th March 2022.
TSL’s Project Manager, Mitch Tyrrell comments, “In the recent production of “Broken Wings” currently showing at the Charing Cross Theatre, TSL were able to utilise their vast rental stock to provide a variety of fixtures for Lighting Designer Nic Farman to bring his design to life exactly as envisaged.”
TSLs main workhorse fixtures, the Mac Viper Performance, formed the basis of the rig to provide front light and keylight, whilst Mac Aura XB Wash Fixtures complimented this to provide an ‘in the round’ design.
Control for this show came from ETC Eos consoles, a platform that Nic knows well, and allowed Nic to have intricate sequences such as this (shown on Nic’s Twitter Account) – https://twitter.com/nicfarman/
Working alongside LD Farman, TSL were able to ensure that Production Electrician Anthony Hannah had a smooth and seamless prep process at TSLs warehouse with all fixtures for the show arriving to Hannah pre-patched with custom box labels as per his specification. Once on site, pre-mode looms with clear, easily identifiable labels ensured that the show was able to load in as quickly and smoothly as possible.
