Pete Feeney recently joined the TSL team as General Manager.
TSL has grown significantly over the last year, not just in size of the warehouse, but in team, equipment and client base. To sustain this momentum, the directors identified the need for a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and fuel further growth and development.
Having worn many hats in the events industry and worked nearly every role within a rental company, it was clear that Pete Feeney was an obvious choice for this role.
Pete’s track record is second to none; his career’s spanned many roles, from Touring Crew Chief to Operations Director. As a former owner of his own lighting company, where he oversaw all operations of the business, Pete has all-around knowledge of being a client facing figure to working in senior management.
Managing Director, Sam Tamplin, shared “It’s fantastic to be working with Pete who is already helping across the company. His calm, dependable manner along with his deep experience in lighting and rigging rental is a huge help to the team.”

Despite only starting in September, Pete has provided an incredible amount of support already, ensuring that TSL is well positioned for future growth and success by investing his focus into people development.
Many of the TSL team have previously crossed paths with Pete while working at other companies and were excited about having the opportunity to work alongside him again, and seeing the direction in which he will drive the business.
Director, Dom Sheerman, commented on the appointment of Pete: “I am personally very excited to have Pete on board; having worked with him previously, I know he is a fantastic fit for us.”
This hiring reflects TSL’s commitment to scaling its operations and leadership team effectively as the business expands.
