Workday marked the 10th year of their flagship European event ‘Workday Rising EMEA’ last month in Barcelona, opening the week with a Welcome Keynote that set a clear agenda of innovation, connection and growth.
TSL were behind the scenes, supplying the lighting package for the plenary and breakout spaces alongside Lighting Designer Richard Parker and event production specialists BK Events. The set-up shaped the look and feel of the stage, underscoring Workday’s message around an intelligent, AI-powered future and their ambition to drive growth across the region.
Over the week, hundreds of attendees from senior leaders to partners and innovators, moved through plenaries, workshops and networking sessions. The room never stood still, and the lighting helped keep the environment sharp, energetic and aligned with Workday’s vision throughout.
This project also marks a new milestone for TSL as we establish a foothold in Spain. Working with a trusted local partner, we’ve positioned key equipment in Barcelona, supported by our full UK inventory whenever required. The aim is to give clients across mainland Europe easier access to TSL’s expertise, with local technicians reducing crew travel, cutting transport miles, and providing dedicated on-the-ground support for a more sustainable way of working.
